Host something in The Cellar
Our brick-vaulted room below the dining room seats twenty around one walnut table, with its own bar and a door onto the wine library. Chef Márquez writes a menu for each booking after a short conversation about what you like.

Before you come
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. The bar and four of the eight hearth counter stools are kept back for walk-in guests every evening.
Is there parking?
Valet runs Thursday to Saturday from 5:00 pm. The Alder Street garage is a ninety-second walk and validates after 5:00 pm.
Can you cater to dietary needs?
Always. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus are available with 24 hours' notice, including for the tasting menu.
Do you have a dress code?
None at all. Come from the office or from the trail — the room is warm, the lighting is kind.
Are gift cards available?
Yes, in any amount. Email us and we will post a card or send a digital one the same day.
Can I bring my own wine?
One bottle per table, corkage $35, provided it is not already on our list.
